The Power of Pre-Approval
Once you understand the process necessary for a successful home purchase, you’ll need to
understand how much you can afford to spend. While pre-qualification can give you a rough
estimate, taking the extra step to obtain a pre-approval letter will give you the added advantage
of letting a seller know you’re serious and fully prepared to buy their home when you’re ready to
make an offer. If you don’t have a mortgage broker, we can introduce to one that’s amazing!
The Fun Part
With pre-approval letter in hand, you’re ready to begin house hunting (our favorite part!). We’ll
sit down with you to discuss your timeline and needs. After that, we’ll accompany you on
showings, help you search online and tell you about properties we know about that aren’t on the
market yet (known in the industry as “pocket listings”). The goal is to see your face light up
when you find your perfect place – and we’ll work with you diligently until you get there.
